HOW TO WORK
|With our products, we aim to protect;|
against to voltage pulses and harmonics.
Standard B, C and D class surge arresters make protection by trimming over adjusted high voltage level and discharging by its own grounding line. But we can not prepare individual grounding lines everywhere in our facilities. So, we can not use standard surge arresters everywhere we need.
Also we don’t prefer to use relays because they make protection by canceling power supply during any pulse.
But VoltCare makes protection by trimming adjusted high voltage level and loading remaining excess energy to itself and turning this energy to heat energy in itself and doesn’t let them enter to your devices or systems and does not cancel your power supply during protection.
Standard surge arresters and relays make protection against after +55V from working voltage level. But VoltCare will be activated early (on mono phase systems after +40V, on three phases systems after +30V from working voltage level). It makes not only perfect protection but also prevents malfunctions due to pulse. So, VoltCare increases your productivity and lifetime of devices.
IN EVERYWHERE TO USE
Standard surge arresters and relays can be installed between two points and detects only voltage level between phase and neutral. But VoltCare makes protection between all lines you put in (phases-phases, phases-neutral, phases-grounding)
NO NEED OTHER EQUIPMENTS
PERFECT PHASE PROTECTION
In case of loss of phase or neutral and live neutral, VoltCare makes short circuit and activates your fuse which you make parallel connection in 10 nanoseconds and doesn’t let phase conflict into your system.
NO ENERGY CONSUMPTION
When VoltCare’s lifespan is expired, it makes short circuit and activates your fuse which you make parallel connection in 10 nanoseconds and doesn’t let uncontrolled power supply. So in case of lightning etc. VoltCare cuts your power supply and doesn’t let its energy to your system.
On three phases systems, VoltCare makes multi way protection by itself instead of 9 pieces B class surge arresters (between R-N, S-N, T-N, R-S, R-T, S-T, R-G, S-G, T-G)
Normally, VoltCare’s lifespan is 2-5 years. In case of lightning and big transformer failures, its lifespan can be finish faster but according to its protection it is still very cheap.
